ERIC PATTERSON

MINISTER OF STUDENTS

Eric Patterson hails from Huntsville Al. He attended the University of Alabama where he attained his BA and MA. During his time in Tuscaloosa, he served as the Education and Awareness Coordinator for the University of Alabama while also serving as Music Director at New Dimensions Worship Center. He was awarded the University of Alabama’s Graduate Student of the Year award in 2015. In the fall of 2015, Eric moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University where he would earn his MDiv with a focus on Scripture and Interpretation. While at Emory, he taught an undergraduate course as well as served as a Fundraising Manager for Georgia Public Broadcasting, a chaplain for Campbell-Stone Retirement home, and as a Pastoral Intern for Salem UMC in Conyers Ga. In 2016 Eric married his beautiful wife Wellyna and they now have two beautiful blessings Emory and Tallulah Patterson.
